On this date in 1977, The Heartbreakers released their only studio album, L.A.M.F. It contained the singles, "Born To Lose" (though a different version), "It's Not Enough", "One Track Mind", "Let Go" and "Chinese Rocks". The legendary New York City punk band, at this time, included Johnny Thunders and Jerry Nolan (both ex-New York Dolls), plus Walter Lure and Billy Rath. Richard Hell had once been a member of the group. They disbanded in 1979. They would reunite on several occasions afterwards.
