Stray Cats - You Don't Believe Me

On this date in 1981, Stray Cats released their fifth single, "You Don't Believe Me". It was backed by "Cross That Bridge". The A side appeared on their second U.K. album, Gonna Ball, and their debut U.S. album, Built For Speed. The B side was a non-LP track. The single reached the #57 spot on the U.K. singles chart. The Massapequa, NY rockabilly band broke up in 1984 but periodically reunites for performances.
