Squire - Walking Down The King's Road

On this date in 1979, Squire released their second single, "Walking Down The King's Road". It was backed by "It's A Mod, Mod World". Neither track appeared on their only album while intact, Get Smart. The Woking, England mod revivalists came from the same town as The Jam. They disbanded in 1985 with several singles but just one album to their credit.
