In late 2004 with the demise of their previous bands, Mad Marge( Vox), Wehttam( Guitar), Passion Dan( Drums) and Edgar( Double Bass) immediately found camaraderie between one another as friends and musicians to form Mad Marge and the Stonecutters. Within months they became one of the hardest working bands in the Psychobilly scene that spent the next 2 years working on familiarizing the bands name and their music with anyone who would listen. They were given early opportunities to share the stage with legendary acts such as Demented Are Go and Nekromantix.
Growing interest in the group led to the release of The Stonecutters debut self- titled album in 2005, and they have been pushing the album with such vigor and ferocity that they have won the hearts of fans reaching not only throughout theU. S. but across the globe.
With a tremendously strong response from the first record, Mad Marge and the Stonecutters are anxiously looking forward to releasing a 2nd album in2007 that will deliver an even bigger punch than the first.

Monitor "Beak/Pet Wedding" 7"

What can be said about this magnificent band and particularly this EP... I was mesmerized as a child by their performance on New Wave Theatre, a Los Angeles television show that was broadcasted late at night in certain markets throughout America. Monitor would go on to inspire many noise merchants and now, lifetimes later, the name itself invokes the sound. Incredibly unique, Monitor mixed elements of no-wave and Orange Country punk. Unfortunately, like many other Californian bands they wouldn't best document most of the bands songs, and were never to be properly released. They did however put out an LP sometime after this single.
